My progress of losing weight is pretty much stable. I’m glad that I haven’t go back to 173’s even I splurge once in a while. I often find myself cravings for dark chocolates and tons of meat with crunchy, crunchy lettuce. lol I only went to the gym twice this week because of my busy schedule. My husband reminded me to have an ab workout routine so I can lose my kangaroo pouch quickly. Yes, I will start my research on how to lose that mommy’s pouch soon.
I need to go back to 155 lbs for the high level of my normal weight. Soon.. soon!
