I admit that there was a time where I feel so hopeless to lose weight and get my blood sugar count down. I almost consider using phentermine to help me. However, the other side of my mind is telling me to keep on trying and do it naturally. I don’t drink soda or sugar beverage, I don’t eat white rice or too starchy food or pastries. But I don’t know why my sugar elevated too high and cannot make it down despite 1 week of healthy eating.
Anyway, just want to share that do not lose hope, despite things looks very hard to achieve. There’s always light at the end of the tunnel as they say.. it’s the matter of heading towards that light and following it.
