I’m not on the verge yet of screaming I am acnefree! I still have to take care of my skin and avoid eating foods that trigger my hormones to produce more oil. I noticed that the food that triggers my pimple hormones big time is when I eat fried chicken (specially with the skin), other deep fried foods, and shrimp. Yes, in that order from the most to the least culprit. I often get acne on my lower chin only and they said that this is often caused by eating a lot of meat. I’m not big eater of beef so that one is out on my list already. If you’re like me who get acne like this.. then watch what you eat, you might have the same trigger foods.
