I was reading various diet advice and they often suggest to do colon cleanse first before doing the formal diet course.  They said that by eliminating the waste first will help the sugar rush and cravings of unhealthy food.  I want to follow their advice but I don’t know which colon cleanse product I should pick.

I also watched videos where Oprah featured colon cleanse product but then again, I cannot tell which is the genuine or original product that will ll give me the expected result and not just a placebo.

I really need to read more information regarding colon cleansing.  I will be glad to share once I find one.

Who doesn’t want to know your family history?  Majority of the people would like to know about their past, their family background, and any famous people that can be related to them.  And knowing your ancestry dna is possible now.  You can order test for a minimal fee and the fee is nothing because knowing your roots is priceless.

This is the procedure on how the test is conducted:

The science of Ancestry DNA testing relies on portions of human DNA that are passed from parents to children relatively unchanged through many generations. For the paternal line, we examine the Y chromosome, which is passed from father to son. For the maternal line, we examine the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), which is passed from a mother to all her children.

One could say that by examining these key parts of our DNA, our paternal and maternal history could be traced as far back as the first peoples who populated the earth. Scientific data shows that modern humans evolved in Africa 400,000 to 130,000 years ago, and started migrating outward.

During this migration, slight differences in the Y chromosome and the mtDNA—genetic markers—developed as groups settled in the different areas of the world. Today, we bear those marks within our DNA, making it possible to find out our ancestor’s geographic roots. A simple cheek swab is all you need!

I honestly don’t need a best wrinkle creams right now. What I definitely need is the best acne products to stop my break out.  I noticed that I get outrageous breakout if I ate chicken :( specially friend chicken.  So I think my breakout is not really hormonal but on my diet.  A wrinkle cream than can help me maintain my skin and get rid of my acne would be the best solution.  Or maybe a wrinkle cream that will not intervene or will work with acne products too.

My acne breakout are always on my chin, upper lip, and side of my nose.

Last week, Lianne and I visited my friend’s house in Vallejo, California. This flower was taken from her garden. The location of their house are very nice.  They have a good view of the lake and very close to the Marina.  We actually went to San Francisco via the ferry boat which is 3 mins away from their house.  It was really cool! Lianne and I had fun on our 1 hour trip while on the ferry boat.  I took more than 300 photos and I forgot to bring my extra compact flash card so I missed some photo opps.  Maybe next time when we come back I will take more photos.

I’m hammering my husband to buy another all in one printer for my use. Our current all in one printer is bulky and doesn’t scan photos well. He keeps on waiting for a sale but equipment we like is keep on updating too..like upgrading and the price goes with the upgrade. Huh! Hope we can find a cheap one that will not fall below our spec requirements. I need to look for a GPS too.
