I haven’t opted to a new diet pills from the market. I’m still trying to do it naturally but with the help of some meal replacement. I love having an almond milk and my whey protein as breakfast. So easy to make and consume while driving. I want to get used of taking it too as a my diner but I haven’t try it. We normally have home cook meals at night so staying away from it is kind a hard. By the way I found this very cheap and good quality whey protein shake. If my natural way will not work.. hmmn, I will surely get help from pills. :D

I went home early last week so I can grill squid and pork. All my labor of love for my family!!! Yummy! I need to learn how to perfect the taste of the pork bbq. I want to get the real homemade pork bbq that I tasted back home.

This is my dinner for two consecutive nights already. :D A lot of places to eat on where I am staying but I’m too lazy to walk to think what to eat. I got this food from the restaurant that is part of the hotel. They also have a bar but I don’t want to hangout on that area. Too loud for me and I don’t have anyone with me. I don’t want someone to come and talk to me. hahhaha What a loner!

Talking about the food.. it’s a broiled salmon with buttered veggie and onion rings, this dinner also comes with side salad. So can you imagine how full I am after eating all of it? Hahahah Of course I didn’t finish it quickly, I did it slowly while reading some reviews of alcohol treatment center on my Transformer. Oh I forgot.. that’s another thing blog. The new tablet I got :D

We attended a baby shower last Saturday of our friend. I’m so happy that they are having a girl.. the idea of giving them a football gifts will not work. :p I actually didn’t give any purchased stuff.. just money so they can use it on stuff that they most needed.

My sister wants me to send her some acne solutions that I am using. But what I’m using now is a prescription from my doctor. And of course her skin is different from me tha’s why I’m hesitant to just send one for her. What I’m going to do is look at over the counter solution that can help clear the acne. Or maybe she should try to look at her diet too and eliminate food that triggers her break outs.

I noticed that oily, shrimp, and chicken are my trigger foods. I’m thankful that these rice cake is not :D

I’m not on the verge yet of screaming I am acnefree! I still have to take care of my skin and avoid eating foods that trigger my hormones to produce more oil. I noticed that the food that triggers my pimple hormones big time is when I eat fried chicken (specially with the skin), other deep fried foods, and shrimp. Yes, in that order from the most to the least culprit. I often get acne on my lower chin only and they said that this is often caused by eating a lot of meat. I’m not big eater of beef so that one is out on my list already. If you’re like me who get acne like this.. then watch what you eat, you might have the same trigger foods.

I started last week to withdraw from eating sweets. But guess what, the calories and sugar that I avoid eating directly from cookies, chocolates, and other food were replaced by my rice intake. So my goal this week is to cut back from eating rice plus sweets. Hope I will not be needing any help from Anoretix to loose weight. I really want to do it naturally. So wish me all the best for this week :D

I’m not eating healthy lately.. name all the processed food and I’m sure I got it. From hotdogs, pizza, cakes, chocolates, chocolate milk, chips, cookies, and just recently, M&M. I opened a big bag before I sit on my desk. Yikes! I was telling to my husband that I really need to go back in my diet.. eating good and healthy food. So this M&M should be the last junk food will pass on my mouth.. oh help me!

It’s been a while since my last update with this blog. I was busy taking care of personal stuff –OB appointment, running errands, resting, and trying to make up time with my little girl. How do I spent my time with Lianne? Mostly, we read books together, we lay down on bed and I tell stories when she was a baby, we go to the store and eat out, and we also spent time baking. :D I know I will miss the time bonding with her when the second baby arrives.

Talking about baking, this reminds me that I need to make a pumpkin pie with her. This will be my first time to make it. Hope it will turn out good. I want to achieve the classic pumpkin pie like that below ;)
